Mr. David G. Chandler, MA (Oxon.), DLitt, FRHistS, FINS, is without a doubt, one of the world's most important Napoleonic historians on Napoleonic wars.

In his book entitled "The Campaigns of Napoleon" he describes each of the battles in maximum detail and, therefore, allows the reader to know exactly what happened during each battle.

David Chandler served as a professor at the Sandhurst Military Academy for numerous years and is presently retired. However, he is still active as a member of the International Napoleonic Society, and is still highly in demand to give lectures and make personal appearances.

The INS is pleased to announce Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth of Engalnd graciously received David Chandler, in order to thank him and recognize him for his great contributions to history.

The INS congratulates this great Napoleonic historian and is proud to be associated with him.
